Cnc ported cylinder heads are a must for anyone looking to expand the power potential of their engine! No matter if its boosted, Nitrous, or Naturally aspirated porting is not to be over looked. It is often thought that on a forced induction application like supercharged or turbo that the head restriction doesn’t matter and porting the cylinder heads is irrelevant because you are forcing the air in anyway. This could not be farther from the truth adding ported cylinder heads to your boosted application largely increases the effiiciencey of your combination allowing for lower boost numbers for the same net power, this largely lowers the strain on your innercooler system.

CNC Porting
The main goal of our CNC porting service is to gain you maximum air flow from your stock or aftermarket cylinder head castings. We Spend many hours on the flow bench ensuring we find every bit of power hidden in your cylinder heads.
Custom Billet CAM Caps
MMR is no longer your only option for billet cam caps! We offer our own line of Hoopers Heads cnc billet cam caps! We not only produce these we can install them for you with the use of our custom cam journal boring fixtures.
Port Development
We offer custom port development for any application we do not currently have! No matter what your application we can design a custom port sized and shaped specifically for your application.
Surfacing
With the wide use of MLS head gaskets and the high power people are now creating with late model vehicles the cylinder head surface finish is more important then ever. We use a PCD cutter to ensure a RA of 11 or less
Valve Job
Not all valve jobs are created equal! We have spent many hours finding the right angles to use on specific cylinder heads to ensure maximum power and life expectancy from your combination
Hand Blending
Just a valve is not enough when performance is your goal! The transition from the port to the valve job is a very crucial area and must be addressed. We blend in this area by hand on all our valve jobs to ensure the best transition and the most air flow.
Chamber Softening
Chamber softening is a great practice on any power adder application. This relieves the quench pads and reduces detonation making for an easier tune up!
Assembly
This is not the time to just throw your heads together. At Hooper’s Heads we are sure to measure and inspect all the parts before assembly. No matter if we did the work or not we measure or double check spring pressure, guide clearance, installed height, and coil bind clearance on all our builds to ensure quality.
